Use of the Site: Our website is intended to provide information about our products and allow you to purchase them. You may not use our website for any illegal, defamatory, offensive or harmful purpose to third parties.

Accuracy of Information: We seek to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the complete accuracy or currency of all information. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions on our website at any time, including pricing, product descriptions and availability.

Order Acceptance: Acceptance of orders is subject to our approval and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, including after payment has been confirmed.

Returns Policy: Claims for defective/damaged products must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. For orders lost during shipping, all claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Complaints deemed to be errors on our part will be covered at our expense.

If you notice a problem with the products or any other aspect of your order, please submit a problem report.

The return address is defaulted to our facility. When we receive a return, we will automatically send you an email notification. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Incorrect Address - If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the shipping service, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will result in us being responsible for the cost of reshipment to you (if and when applicable).

Customer Returned - We advise our customers to contact us before returning any products.

Notice to EU consumers: In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be provided for:

the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;

sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,

therefore, Over the Rainbow Lisboa reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights associated with the products, designs and content of our website are the exclusive property of PLANETA VIZINHO LDA. Any unauthorized use of these rights is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability: PLANETA VIZINHO LDA. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or purchase of our products.
